About Karen Rosenbloom:

Karen Rosenbloom is a professional chef and food content creator based in New York City. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, with an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts in 2020, then attended Columbia University where she completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing with a Concentration in English in 2024.

Born in Miami, her experience in the fine dining industry includes serving as a Garde-Manger Chef, Private Chef, and Event Caterer.

She started her TikTok account, @Karens_Cooking in December 2020, since then, her following has grown to over 600,000 followers across her social media platforms. During that time, Karen has been featured in media outlets including Business Insider, BBC News, Yahoo News, Voyage Magazine, Canvas Rebel, Bon Appétit, and The Columbia Spectator.
