Karen Rosenbloom is a professional chef and food content creator based in New York City. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, with an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts in 2020, then attended Columbia University where she completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing with a Concentration in English in 2024.
Born in Miami, her experience in the fine dining industry includes serving as a Garde-Manger Chef, Private Chef, and Event Caterer.
She started her TikTok account, @Karens_Cooking in December 2020, since then, her following has grown to over 600,000 followers across her social media platforms.
